SecMaker can collaborate with your help desk resource and our integration partners to manage the incoming flow of support tickets. Our support team has extended capacity to do research and troubleshooting with our solution architects based in Stockholm.

Net iD support is available over three levels to give you the right kind of assistance.

  • Silver - covers an organization’s basic needs with email and web-based support
  • Gold - access to expert telephone support staff during office hours
  • Platinum - the highest level of prioritization with access to support staff, chat support
    and the option to sign up for "out of office" support hours
